For years I was always running around like a nut trying to feed my kids and get them where they needed to go. Then it hit me I can't be the only parent running to CCD, Basketball, Soccer and still trying to get dinner on the table for everyone. So I decided to come up with a quick and healthy way to still have that family dinner in the time it would take you to preheat your oven.
I give you midweek meals the days you are the busiest. You simply pick up your meals and when you are ready you place them in the oven and in about 15-20 minutes, you have a healthy home cooked meal.
